From 12 Testers & 14 Days of Closed Testing to Google Play Production Access 🚀

Launching an Android app on Google Play is more than uploading an AAB and publishing it. For many developers, completing the Google Play closed testing process is an important step before requesting production access.

Today, we’re excited to share a meaningful milestone from the PlayLaunch journey. One of our customers has successfully completed a 14-day closed testing journey with 12 testers.

After successfully completing the testing period, the customer reached the next important stage: Apply for access to production.

• 14 days of testing were completed
• Testers were onboarded and participated throughout the testing journey

• The production access application was successfully submitted

The application is currently under review by Google Play. Google indicates that the review usually takes seven days or less, although it may occasionally take longer.
