Workflow Guide

How PlayLaunch Works

Publishing on Google Play requires 12 to 20 testers (12 testers for newer personal accounts, 20 testers for older or other personal accounts) for 14 consecutive days. PlayLaunch automates this requirement. Here is our step-by-step process.

1
๐Ÿ”‘

Sign Up & Link Console

Log in securely using your Google account via OAuth2. Access your developer dashboard to manage apps, track campaign progress, and monitor tester statuses in one centralized portal.

2
๐Ÿ“

Submit App Configurations

Enter your application package name, testing URL, and category. Configure a closed testing track inside your Google Play Console and add our list of verified tester emails to your target testers group.

14-Day Testing Phase

Our active pool of 12-20+ testers will join your campaign, download the application, and open it daily. The system monitors engagement logs continuously to guarantee compliance with Google Play's 14-day requirement.

Publish to Production

Once the 14-day cycle is successfully completed, you will receive full bug reports and user feedback. Submit your application for Google production review and publish your app live with ease.

Crucial Testing Guidelines

Ensure your campaign runs smoothly by adhering to these Play Store practices.

๐Ÿ“ Correct Release Track

Make sure you upload your APK/AAB to the Closed Testing Track inside Google Play Console, not the Internal Test track. Internal testing does not count toward the 20-tester requirements.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Adding Tester Emails

You must copy our generated tester email list exactly and paste it into your Google Play Console's tester email list settings, and hit save before launching the campaign.
