1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayLaunch ("Platform," "Services," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

To use most of our Services, you must sign in using your Google Account via Google OAuth2. By registering, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid Google Account.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding your developer account status.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your session and account details.

3. Closed Testing Campaigns

PlayLaunch acts as an intermediary facilitating connection between Android developers and independent testers to meet the Google Play 20-tester closed testing requirements.

• For Developers: You must configure your Google Play Console to add PlayLaunch testers correctly. You are responsible for the content, safety, and functionality of the apps you upload. PlayLaunch is not responsible for apps rejected by Google for policy violations unrelated to tester counts.
• For Testers: Testers agree to install and keep developer apps on their devices for the mandated 14-day duration, explore features, and provide honest, high-quality usability feedback and bug reports.

4. Payments & Billing

We offer prepaid plans to register apps for closed testing campaigns:

• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.
• Fees are charged upfront. Prices for plans are subject to change, but changes will not affect active packages.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a testing campaign fails to deliver the promised active tester targets due to a platform-level issue, you may request a refund by writing to support.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, logos, contents, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of PlayLaunch. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify any portion of our Platform without express written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayLaunch, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or app rejections by Google Play Store review teams.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, manipulate the platform's credit system, distribute malicious software, or perform fraudulent actions.
