This Developer Agreement governs the submission of application binaries and coordination of testing services between you (the Developer) and PlayLaunch.
By submitting an application for testing on PlayLaunch, you warrant that:
PlayLaunch coordinates a distribution pool of real devices to test your app. As a developer, you must configure the Google Play Console closed testing track appropriately to allow our testers' group access. PlayLaunch is not responsible for failed campaigns due to developer misconfiguration of Google Console settings.
All feedback, crash logs, and bugs reported by testers are provided "as-is" for the purpose of improving your application. Developers are prohibited from contacting individual community testers directly or using their contact profiles outside of the PlayLaunch platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayLaunch, its owners, and its developers from any claims, legal proceedings, costs, or damages arising out of your application's deployment, distribution, or violation of third-party store guidelines.
PlayConsole reviewer actions, including suspensions, terminations, or testing track rejections, are completely out of PlayLaunch's control. PlayLaunch does not refund campaigns in cases where Google rejects the application for independent content-policy violations.
