PlayLaunch provides platform services for Android application creators to coordinate closed QA testing pools in alignment with Google Play requirements. You agree to use the service only for lawful app testing purposes and not to upload malware, malicious APKs, or apps that violate Google Play Developer Policy guidelines.
Testing campaigns rely on real devices and users. PlayLaunch does not guarantee approval by Google Play Store but ensures that all community tester accounts remain active and carry out testing requirements (such as 14 consecutive days of background execution) as defined in selected plans.
Payment transactions are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a testing campaign fails to deliver the promised active tester targets due to platform-level issues as outlined in the policy, you may request a refund by writing to our support team.
You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded application binaries, app icons, and content. PlayLaunch does not claim ownership or rights over your IP beyond the access required to provide testing services to the verified community.
PlayLaunch and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app rejection by Google, data loss, or system downtime.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
